Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a small startup with a team of around ten employees. TriNet offers incredible support and tools for us to provide to our employees. We are able to get the help we need when we need it. We are also able to understand what is considered competitive in benefit markets. The only downside is the platform is quite expensive compared to others that offer the same or better

Support has been very responsive when I ask for assistance on almost anything. I have presented numerous problems to TriNet, and they have been quick to respond to guide me to the appropriate solution. However, sometimes the solutions that require help on their side, it often tasks quite a while to be completed.

Usability

The TriNet platform is incredibly user-friendly. I did not get any training when I jumped into my role with my current company. Our TriNet platform was already developed and utilized for years, but there were also so many things that were done incorrectly. Thanks to the simplicity of TriNet's platform, I was able to come in and clean up many of these problems without needed much assistance.

COVID-19 Support

While I was not a part of the organization during the covid-19 pandemic, I was still able to see the support my organization received from TriNet when joining this year. Our employees were able to get the guidance they needed to make sure they were taking the appropriate steps during the pandemic.

Justworks

I did review Justworks and they provided us a price with almost $20k savings with more benefits than TriNet offers. We are still considering the opportunity to switch but want to make sure we are incredibly prepared before switching and we have the appropriate discussions with TriNet to compare pricing

Likelihood to Recommend

Prior to me being in my position and managing our TriNet site, the person in my position failed to properly document the relocation of an employee from one state to another. TriNet was very responsive whenever I brought it to their attention to get it handled. However, once they recognised the issue, it took months for the resolution to occur
