Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet as a PEO, and I do not find the organization to be helpful. In my experience, our HR Partner is not organized, and unhelpful, always telling us to go to legal rather than giving any advice. I think our Payroll partner is condescending and rather than assist with providing reports when asked sends lengthy/convoluted instructions. All in all, they are not helpful for us.
  • We chose TriNet to stay within HR compliance, but, in my experience, our HR partner is not helpful
Not user friendly
More often then not for us, the wait for an answer is prolonged

No

Did TriNet live up to sales and marketing promises?

Did implementation of TriNet go as expected?

No

Would you buy TriNet again?

No

In my opinion, TriNet is not well suited for any company. I think there are much better and more effective PEOs.
