We use TriNet to manage HR, payroll, and compliance efficiently. It supports HR teams, managers, and employees through an easy-to-use platform. TriNet simplifies HR operations, reduces administrative burden, and ensures compliance, allowing us to focus on business growth.

Usability

One area for improvement is handling title changes with a future effective date. Currently, when a title change is entered, the new title immediately appears in the system, even if the effective date is in the future.

TriNet makes it easier to access pay stub from mobile app.
It does need to work on getting reports for employees that should describe the dates employees were on leave, pending requests, etc for easy access to managers
