Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet for payroll processing, time-keeping, Pto accrual and balances, entering new hires, compliance, LOA, Org Charts, I-9s, unemployment, benefits, garnishments. This is my first time using a PEO and they are a great solution for small businesses. We are actually leaving TriNet because our business has grown. As we are leaving TriNet I have seen how much they did for us. Anyone using TriNet is lucky to have them.

The platform is so user friendly and easy to use. If you have a problem or can't find something the create a case is great. They are very quick on getting back to you.
I was new to a PEO and TriNet and required a lot of support. It was always so easy to get that help. The chat option is great. It is a way to get immediate help with anything you need or questions you have.

TriNet is well suited for small businesses that have limited HR staff or no HR. It is an all in one stop and completely takes care of your HR needs.
