Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
We were evaluating ERP products such as Workday, Netsuite, Oracle etc. to replace our current accounting and HR systems. I was the co-sponsor of the project with the CFO and head of HR. My team was responsible for supporting our accounting and HR systems.

I read through a number of reviews to get a better understanding of the experience of other customers using these products. I was interested in their experience with implementation and their experience with running and maintaining it once it was in.
I look for real-world experience and specific details.
Reading about real-world experiences from users of a product makes a big difference. It is so much more valuable than all the marketing hype you can come across on the vendor's website or other websites.

- I am not sure if this exists, but it would be helpful to contact someone who has written a review if you have follow up questions.
One example of another resource is Gartner. It is useful in being able to compare products and know about trends in that space. But I find it helpful to also real reviews from real users.
I have used Capterra, but I find that TrustRadius has more structure in the reviews and the content is higher quality.
It gave me specific questions to ask based on reviews that I had read that showed some deficiency in the product.
