TrustRadius Review

Used TrustRadius to evaluate Quickbooks for my firm. I needed something easy to use that clients would be able to use that didn't require too much accounting knowledge.

Vendor pricing is always an issue many assign high pressure sales people to complete the deal. This really irks me and could lead to abandoning the product.

I'd like to see the scoring different categories. I don't always buy the product with the highest overall score. But I'm interested in functionality in value as well as hardware compatibility. A good rating or score is anything over 7.5.

Redundant information and lack of price detail. When pricing software lack of price detail can be a deal breaker. Many companies have add-ons and modules that they disclose early in your research.
