Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
I recently advised a few of our clients to purchase Loom for their business as it would help them streamline their remote communications to their clients in their sales and customer service process. It didn't take a long time to research Loom as I had heard through colleagues it was the top-of-the-line software for video recording, and have been using it in my own business as well.
- Abundance of reviews.
- Short reviews with bullet points.
- Clear distinction between pros and cons.
- Lots of real reviews from real people.
- Would prefer if Reviewer Sentiment + Reviewer Pros & Cons was higher on the page instead of Recent Reviews (would reduce scroll and make for faster reading).
- Too much info on each review page - I only want to see Review Sentiment/Pros Cons/Detailed Reviews.
- Move REVIEWS AND RATINGS section way higher on the page (takes a while to scroll to get to this section.

I like the Reviewer Pros & Cons with the green and red symbols which is super quick to read and get an idea of what people are saying.
I did not use these.
Demo of the product. API access for integrations. If they have a Zapier connector. Influencers/other businesses using it. Who they're targeting their marketing towards and if I fit into that.
