Overall Satisfaction with UberConference
UberConference was used by our sales team, but we have since moved to Zoom. We had a lot of latency issues when talking overseas etc. and the feature set of UberConference is less than Zoom.

- Drops.
- Latency.
- Lag.
- More of a cost center than an ROI providing tool.
- Cheaper than competitors.
- Zoom, Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and Google Hangouts
Zoom is the winner of the space in my mind. It has all the features I want, works reliably, and the price is okay. Skype is a dumpster fire, has definite failures, and is a nightmare to admin. Hangouts is only suited to small companies and lacks recording, which is crucial.
