Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am the systems administrator for the entire platform. This includes Pro Core, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management and Time and Attendance. The product provides a centralized database for employees skills, qualifications and overall personnel record. We now use UKG Pro for our recruitment, onboarding and e verify and the performance management throughout the employees service. We also went from a paper driven pay system to all direct deposit. This significantly reduced the labor and paperwork to distribute paychecks. For those without Direct deposit we use pay cards that are partnered with UKG. Our performance evaluations were on paper and focused on job functions. Now it's an electronic process with competencies being measured.

Return on Investment

We have increased our HR activities to 85% through UKG. OSHA and Leave need to be pulled in
Reduced from a 1000 pieces of pay statements to @ 10 per pay roll through Direct deposit and cash pay cards.
Onboarding signoffs have improved audit records for signed job descriptions, i-9 forms, hand book sign off and policy sign off

Usability

The ease of leaning the system, the learning center and community support. The actual support has suffered since merging with Kronos

Centralization

Recruiting and Onboarding were decentralized in the past. The centralization has allowed us to grow and keep up with the hiring need. It has allowed us to support our hiring managers with a centralized tool

Likelihood to Recommend

For an enterprise size organization I believe it offers robust reporting through Cognos, enables Giving for non profits that prioritize those values, and effectively reduces a paper personnel record to a user friendly electronic one. Excellent Mobile application that allows for workflow complettion. The recruiting does not integrate as well as other modules and has challenges that have not been addressed.
