Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
We use UKG Pro as our primary HRIS. We wanted a program that housed all of our HRIS needs into one software, including payroll. We have added modules for performance management, salary management, benefits open enrollment, career and education, Workforce Management, succession planning, recruiting, and onboarding. We switched from a couple of different systems to having it all in one place.

- payroll administration for the US

- Canada - payroll, reporting, service
- Performance Management - anniversary reviews
- Recruitment - ability to repost similar, but not identical jobs
- the ability to manage all HR activities in one platform
- added time trying to get service for issues
- in Canada it has added time to Payroll reporting and year end
The decision making was done by our US team, they chose this as it seemed like the best option at the time. The level of service that we have been receiving lately, makes us wish we had chosen Workday. When UKG is working well it is fine, but when it is not it is very difficult and time consuming to get service and have issues resolved.

We centralized HRIS, payroll, benefits open enrollment, all into UKG. I think this centralization has been beneficial to the US operations. This centralization has caused challenges for the Canadian Team, as Payroll reporting and year end is now much more tedious.
