Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use it for its HRIS, Recruitment and Onboarding capabilities. We also use Business Analytics to pull employee reports and analyze data. I love how all integrations work together seamlessly.

We recently integrated UKG onboarding and it functions very well with the Recruiting platform.
Reduced time expenditures by not having to stitch platforms to go from Recruiting to Onboarding, etc.
I used iCIMS in my previous company and find UKG Pro a lot more user friendly and straightforward for the Recruiting ATS.
