Great for automation and reporting

We use UKG Pro as our Human Capotal Management system. We handle all employee profile data, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation, time and payroll through the platform. The system provides us with data integrity through the HR lifecycle and provides us with automation capabilities and self service options. The reporting helps us to meet the needs of our strategic objectives within the department.

All recruiting, onbarding, payroll and terminations are all completed through the platform from 1 location even though we have 17 branches throughout the state. This releases managers from having to handle the duties at their branch which allows them to focus on our employees and customers.

The ability to import data into UKG Pro for employee profile changes or payroll has greatly reduced the need for multiple transactions in the system. This also goes for sending this data to other programs like our recognistion software and active directory. Our IT team used to manaully update active directory and now everything is automated with data integrity. This has saved our IT team a great deal of time.
