Mission Onboard possible -powered by UKG Pro.
Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
We use UKG Pro for everything from onboarding new hires to payroll, benefits admin and performance review. It really fixes the mess of having ten different tools doing one persons job ; It bring it all under one roof. Especially useful in compliance and track reporting. We are in IT so audit season is no joke.
Pros
- Payroll is clean accurate and fast, No drama, no mystery deduction, just smooth and direct deposits every time.
- On Boarding is amazing; new hires can get their docs, e-sign and are in the system before you can say compliance audit.
Cons
- Some parts still give spreadsheet-era vibes. The UI can be clunky; like why does it take five clicks to run a basic report.
- We have shaved at least 20% off admin hours across HR and payroll real time back in our week, not just fluff
- Our engagement scores have jumped after we started using their feedback and talent modules more strategically.
Centralizing everything has made our data so much cleaner and way easier to audit. Also workflows talk to each other now (mostly) which means fewer manual updates and way less risk of missing something important, like expiring certifications or incomplete tax forms. Its given us consistency and that is gold in HR.
We had this wild payroll week, two new hires, one termination, a retro pay adjustment, and a compliance report due Friday. Old setup that would have been a caffeine fueled nightmare. With UKG pro, onboarding auto-synced, payroll pulled in the updates, and compliance report was ready in like 3 clicks; No late nights. First time I closed Payroll early.
- ADP Workforce Now and BambooHR®
ADP's Payroll is solid, but UI feels stuck in 2009. BambooHR is great for small teams; clean interface, quick set up, but just doesn't scale like UKG.
