Recruiting, Onboarding, New Hire Data Entry, Benefits, Open Enrollment, Pay Statements, Employee change of address and information updates
We previously had to manually enter employee W4 and State Tax information into our old system. UKG allowed us to have employees enter the information and that information directly transferred to their tax information. Employee documents are also automatically uploaded into their profile, saving us paper and time without having to file new hire paperwork.
UKG Pro and WFM disconnect limits our usability. It is confusing to employees and managers to have to remember to know where to go depending on which system they will have to use to find their information. Pro looks like it should have a spot for PTO requests but employees have to remember to go into WFM to submit time off, even though they have to go to Pro to view their pay statements that show their PTO accruals.

UKG Pro helped us unify various systems that we were previously using that worked separately. Our old systems did not talk to one another so that has helped us streamline processes. UKG Pro not syncing properly with WFM has been an ongoing issue for us that we have not been able to get resolved.
