- We are currently managing most of our HR activities with one platform; there is one area where we are not currently managed with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro), but we hope to switch over within the next 12-24 months

UltiPro was in place when I came to Thompson in 2017. I loved the system immediately though, and that is why we engaged Ultimate Software Group for the Benefits Prime product. If I had my way, we would have every single HR function in one place with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro).
Other systems I have used are not as user friendly. I feel that UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) is intuitive to use, the information is organized in a manner that anyone, no matter how much experience they have using the system, can find the data they need. The reporting is user friendly. I work a lot in our Benefits Prime system, and being able to have that much information at my fingertips is more than helpful!
I can think of multiple times. Our first year using Benefits Prime for open enrollment, we were in a pinch--it was basically the final hour and we needed to have something handled so we could go live with OE that following morning. I reached out to a sales contact at Ultimate and our contacts--even in sales, which has nothing to do with our day-to-day--wasted no time helping.
When we have run into payroll issues, the rapid response team has always been there to help our team through.
