Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We use the solution throughout the entire firm as the HRIS tool for recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and associated taxes therein performance reviews, employee exit.

Pros

  • Payroll: It is in integrated solution.
  • Onboarding: This allows you to easily build a very user-friendly simple but complete web tool for onboarding.

Cons

  • Allowing administrators to log into the individual user view to help them learn more about the tool.
  • Reviews section needs to include a simple way to do 360 reviews simply.
  • We are still learning the system: so far it has saved HR hours of pulling information.
  • Need more simplistic report-building tools: We are not even close to being able to build our own reports 6 months into going live.
We are new to the product and still learning.
We are new and still learning but happy so far.
The assigned team to help with first-year learning implementation has always been helpful.
The system has so far been very helpful for us.
