Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

It's our HRIS and Payroll System. We manage employee files as well as manage benefits through open enrollment and recruiting.

Much more user-friendly than ABRA Software we had used in the past.
It has done a great job of streamlining the HR Department by allowing a paperless environment. The merger has caused some hiccups in customer service responsiveness.

UKG Pro Training

It is but it's always helpful to follow up with training. and they have many options

Very helpful great start, but can always use the interactive part of training.
Excelle, great instructor covered in great detail the subject, she also pointed out follow up modules that would be helpful

Evaluating UKG Pro and Competitors

Yes - Actually, it was so many years ago I do not recall the name. They were not on par with the offerings of UKG

It's very reliable.
The people in support have done wonderfully, the response since the merger has been suspect.
