Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)
We use UKG to process our bi weekly pay groups, onboarding for new hires, and for open enrollment each November. We also use UKG-Payment Services.

UKG is much more streamlined.
Every time I call with a payroll problem or need advice how to handle an issue. I have never been let down by Customer Support or my success manager.
