Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

The entire company is using the software. We have modules that manage most if not all of the employee cycle; Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Core, Benefits, Timesheets, Performance Mgmt, Salary Planning, Perception, [etc.] It allows managers and employees to self service their needs while allowing the HR dept to focus on more important issues.

Works most of the time. Other times it does lag or doesn't load at all.
Perfect customer service, always helpful and follows through.
During launch of compensation/salary planning, we didn't realize the performance ratings had to be fully approved to be pulled into the salary worksheets. UKG was able to write a script and import the data for us, saving the process we put in place and time that we would've spent "fixing" the issue.
Integration of products/modules. The need for a financial system.
