Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used by the entire organization via self service (manager/employee), business intelligence (reporting) needs, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, soon to be utilizing UltiPro Time Management (UTM) and succession. The business problems it addresses include: data accuracy, enhanced reporting, and collaboration of all departments (data/self service/use of system).
  • Business Intelligence, reporting features are great!
  • Customer service, they are always there to assist.
  • Having all HR/Payroll Systems in one, less log ins; collaboration with reports.
  • Benefits - history features.
Over 500 people would be the best use for this system.

1 - Understanding of systems - not an IT guru - just knowing your data/needs and having the depth to use and expand with its capabilities.

UltiPro Implementation

Know your data and how you want to use it - we had such a simple system before that when moving to Ulti Pro, we did not realize all the new adventures ahead of us. We did have to go back and re-create/input information to ensure we progressed.
Yes - Phases were based on modules brought in. But ultimately, collection phase, analysis, testing and then go live.
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - The high level of high-touch the organization needed.
