UltiPro is being used by the entire organization via self service (manager/employee), business intelligence (reporting) needs, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, soon to be utilizing UltiPro Time Management (UTM) and succession. The business problems it addresses include: data accuracy, enhanced reporting, and collaboration of all departments (data/self service/use of system).

Yes - Phases were based on modules brought in. But ultimately, collection phase, analysis, testing and then go live.
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - The high level of high-touch the organization needed.
