Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is used to process payroll and administer benefit programs. It is the system of record for our employees. UltiPro is used across the organization. Employees have self-service access to pay statements, benefits information, and are able to update certain records such as direct deposit, tax withholdings, emergency contacts, benefit selections, etc.
- Self-service - employees have access to their information on demand.
- Workflow - employee changes can easily be made and approved and has made the process paperless.
- Client support - enjoy having a dedicated Ultimate Software representative. The last couple of Exec Relationship Managers have been good and our current one, Chris Nesbit, is great.
- Benefits administration - we continue to struggle 14 years later, even after several benefit changes on our end to fit into the module's out of the box functionality.
- Reporting - would like more standard reports such as a basic turnover report.

Our Exec Relationship Manager regularly reaches out to us to keep us informed on new enhancements, functionality, etc. Most recently, he has reached out multiple times to ensure we are prepared for an upcoming change in a reporting requirement (EEOC reporting).
