Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used across our entire global organization as a talent management tool. In the US and Canada, it is used as a full-cycle HR system for everything from payroll to benefits, etc.

It allows us to connect globally and manage our talent with one source of the truth.

  • The App is excellent and well adopted by employees
  • The time and attendance system is not as good as others
  • Better translation capability
  • It would be helpful if more employees at UltiPro ended users at one point in time to understand some of the other sides of it.

Better implementation plan
We have very few technical issues.
It depends on the person. We have had someone who I would call a "10" and then others who are a "3."
We had an issue with time management, and our time person went above and beyond to support us.
UltiPro is excellent if you are looking to consolidate systems and if you are moving from no system.
