Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is used across the whole organization as our main HRIS system and payroll processor/time and attendance. It helps to keep information on staff up to date, allow us to report on data, recruit/hire, submit timesheets, process payroll, and more.
- Customer Portal- a lot of information available
- Multiple forms of support
- Recruitment Gateway
- The BI reporting function
- User-friendly system
- Support not as thorough for Canadian Companies I'm finding- usually has to be escalated or passed along somewhere else before we get an answer.
- Support/answers delayed a lot of the time- don't meet deadlines when we request consistently.
- T&A function not the most user-friendly.
- Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
Yes, we have; it makes everything much easier when it's under one umbrella. We're still working to implement benefits administration and flow through to our external providers, and that will make things a lot easier as well.
I didn't select UltiPro; the company chose it before I started. I think a lot of processes in UltiPro are easier to use to an extent; however, there are some functionalities of Workday that are more user-friendly and intuitive for the staff.
Someone helped fix one of our bi-weekly BI reports we use for payroll pretty quickly; were very on top of communication as well; it was very much appreciated.
