No. We are close but we may be losing some buy-in from leadership due to some shortcomings. Example: We are looking at using a 3rd party for our Recruiting team.
In my previous role, we used Workday. Initially, I liked the ability to get support for questions and issues. I think the support has gone downhill since I started using UltiPro. I think there are also some limitations to reporting and overall configuration that Workday did better. For our company size and what we use UltiPro for I think it is a better solution than Workday.
It is hit or miss, but when you get a good support person, they're incredible. I have several instances where the support has been exceptional.
