Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

It is used primarily by the HR/Payroll department as administrators, and employees as users. It streamlines our Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll and Benefit Administration processes.
  • Intuitive user and administrative access.
  • Customer support.
  • Streamlining.
  • The Time Management system could have significant improvements in customization.
  • The Reporting feature is not intuitive and requires a high level of focus and technical expertise to utilize.
  • Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
We have achieved this through the integration of recruiting, to onboarding, to active employee use. We also utilize PeopleDoc for a document management system that is now integrated.
Some features are quick and intuitive while others are dated and the business intelligence reporting is very difficult to navigate.
On average, their Customer Support team is fairly quick to respond and provide resolution.
It is a great solution for streamlining recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration for the employee experience. Less appropriate for a company that needs a robust timekeeping system.
