UltiPro: Great customer service, with areas to improve in functionality and user friendliness
Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is being used across all of Sciens right now for payroll, PTO, COBRA, benefits admin, etc. It has been a huge help so far in helping us centralize our payroll and taxes, accounting, PTO, year-end activities, ACA activities, EEOC, and we will continue to use it for many years to come.

- BI reporting is not very intuitive.
- Would recommend having one integration team for all of the different companies we acquire.
- Make the system faster: getting from start payroll to process payroll is very lengthy.
So far we have experienced ups and downs. As I said earlier, having multiple implementation teams has been quite a trial. However, it has consolidated our payroll experience, even though we are still dual processing in our legacy systems for job costing and AP services. Ulti seems to be on its way to helping us on a broader scale.
I would say that UltiPro has the best customer service. They have access to all departments and follow up in a timely fashion. Their Case and SR set up is pretty impressive and keeps us from missing a beat. It makes sure we are on our game and following up with items that are important that may otherwise be left unresolved.
I was having a lot of issues with the ACA function and it was looming over my head. We started mid-year with Ulti Pro and we did not have all the health insurance data in there. While the PPACA interface is a little rough to navigate, we had plenty of help offered to us.
