We leverage UltiPro as our HRIS/payroll and time management solution. We initially implemented core HRIS and payroll. In 2019 we added UltiPro Time.

UltiPro has been a valuable option for our firm. We would like to consolidate more HR functions onto a single platform, however, some of the other products like Recruiting, OnBoarding, Performance, and Learning still need more features compared to what competitors offer. The security is excellent, we have never had an incident with UltiPro security.
We came from ADP, and while ADP does a fine job, they are cost-prohibitive and they lack the ability to allow their client to control their own environment. ADP requires clients to submit requests for ADP to set up things like deductions or earnings codes. UltiPro empowers its clients by allowing access to add these items on our own or with help.
We had to set up a 401K match for our employees in a short period of time and Ultimate Software did an excellent job listening to our needs and guiding us through the setup process which was delivered on time!
