Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We leverage UltiPro as our HRIS/payroll and time management solution. We initially implemented core HRIS and payroll. In 2019 we added UltiPro Time.
We came from ADP, and while ADP does a fine job, they are cost-prohibitive and they lack the ability to allow their client to control their own environment. ADP requires clients to submit requests for ADP to set up things like deductions or earnings codes. UltiPro empowers its clients by allowing access to add these items on our own or with help.
The only issues we have had in terms of performance is with the UltiPro Time/TOA environment. All other areas of UltiPro have been very stable.
Support is excellent. Responsive, kind, caring, patient. We have not had many issues with UltiPro support. Their knowledge base, community boards, and training (for free) are the best I have seen in the market place.
We had to set up a 401K match for our employees in a short period of time and Ultimate Software did an excellent job listening to our needs and guiding us through the setup process which was delivered on time!
I would recommend UltiPro because the solution is well designed, stable, functions well, and allows for a certain level of modification by the admin. Where we have challenges is with some of the other products like recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and learning. While the solutions offer general functionality there are other solutions in the market place that are more robust.
