Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
It is our HCM, and we utilize the core product for payroll/hr, UTA for time and attendance, Recruiting, and onboarding modules, as well as limited use of payment services. it is used across the whole organization.
Pros
- Escalations for critical issues.
- Payroll system and support.
Cons
- Custom support development, having a better understanding upfront of expectations and needs so implementation and testing are smoother.
- better communication across Ulti teams (support, project/development, 3rd parties).
- More cohesive products that work well together and have the same look/feel.
- Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
I think having various systems that integrated better and required fewer customization would be optimal for our organization.
I couldn't add the ADP module I used - but it was a great product for a small organization.
ADP Reporting was an extremely easy and powerful report writer
Ceridian Time and Attendance was very similar to UTA - not anything to write home about.
SAP Success Factors has a similar feel to UltiPro, but I LOVED the proxy ability as an administrator. Made testing and troubleshooting so much easier.

So many times! When we have had any major payroll issues or system issues, the support team is always quick to respond, pull the right people into the room and get it resolved in time for us to complete payroll and do what we need!
