Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting

We use UserTesting to test out prototypes for our app and website, and to get feedback on our products. It's being used across our design team of 4. It helps us test concepts and user flows before releasing so we can iterate and release an improved version and not waste time with concepts and flows that users won't like or understand.
  • Robust interface
  • Sourcing testers
  • Ability to clip videos
  • Improved speech to text
  • More testing options
  • Saving time and money by getting answers more quickly
  • Ability to target and screen testers
Haven't had too much experience but they seem to be generally responsive and helpful.
Mostly pretty easy to use, there are a few minor things when it comes to creating tests that could be streamlined.
Easily target audiences, bring products to market faster, improving UX flows and informing product decisions.
UserTesting is more robust. We also use UsabilityHub, but for different purposes - one off tests that don't require many screens but do require more responses.
Testing UX flows and prototypes, apps and websites. We haven't tried the moderating testing feature because the plan is a bit cost-prohibative.
