Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

Our agency uses Vidyard as part of our own sales process, as part of our client services offering, and for internal communications and training. We also support multiple clients using Vidyard (including the native HubSpot integration) for similar use cases. The product plays an important role in humanizing our sales process and streamlining support and training (especially on complex martech products).

I primarily use Vidyard's (free) native HubSpot integration, which has some limitations (especially around integration of marketing features) but still offers an excellent jumping-off point for adding video to the sales process.
I can't fault their responsiveness or ability to troubleshoot occasional issues. (It's very rare that we've encountered a serious challenge with Vidyard or had a client raise one that we struggled to solve.) I've also benefited from a number of really helpful, consultative conversations and training sessions from different members of the Vidyard team.
There are a number of viable alternatives to Vidyard, but my experience is that none have the same razor-sharp focus on the role of video in solving common sales and marketing challenges, or the same depth of functionality. More pragmatically, many of our clients have existing investments in HubSpot, which offers a free native integration.
Having a contactless sales process is now necessary for many of our clients, and tools such as Vidyard give them a massive advantage in terms of engaging prospects and helping them put a face to the name. For sales and marketing leaders, it's also very, very easy to drive adoption as the tool is simple to use and demonstrates its value in seconds. It's also great for creating support and training videos.
