Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint

The product works fantastic as an extra layer to manage access on websites and even on windows 10, the problem I had was to activate the Authpoint on windows 11, the push access is not working. We informed them of the issue and they are aware of it.

  • The company is confident the access to our systems is the employee himself and not an intruder.
The main detail that we like about Wacthguard is that we have the option to manage all our security in a unique dashboard, from firewalls, access points, endpoints computers, and outpoints users, this feature associated with the security protection and their technical support was very important for us.
The easy access from the cloud management and the real-time information on how the security inside our company in one unique dashboard is one of the most useful features we have using Watchguard.
The app is really very easy to configure and manage, this is one of the main keys for us to introduce the Authpoint to our customers as their security advisors.
As many people have many company and personal passwords to access different applications and websites, the option to manage all the passwords from a unique app that can be easily managed from their mobile is very helpful to improve their security and fast access, which benefits the productivity time.

Best scenarios definitely are easy to access to web sites and to keep the security access on windows 10 computers besides the time we gain to use the app as the access management Still, I think they need to improve the access for windows 11 computers.
