Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

It is used across all teams in my organization. User friendly, voice stability, clarity is one among the best than other apps. Sharing the screen, info during a meeting is lot more easier. We feel like [we are] having the best experience. Some times in our client calls, we use Microsoft Teams and Webex App is no where in comparison to it.

Pros

  • Screen and infor sharing during meetings
  • Voice clarity
  • Ease of logging in

Cons

  • So far no bad experience
  • Positives ...ease of using, no information missed. In comparison with other apps...this is very good
  • Negative...not many other organizations use it...like my clients...as of now all internal calls meetings are only for me
Webex App is lot better, user friendly and stable in comparison with others
My earlier organization was cisco, in [my] present organization we use the same....though our bigger clients use Skype and Microsoft Teams...no stability in their apps... [there are] many discomfort and disconnection and voice issues in their apps.

Best in comparison with others.
In case you are traveling, this Webex App is very useful to join meetings and locations with colleagues. Also the chats will be there even if you log off and you can continue.
