Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The Webex App is used within our Cisco team within TD/SYNNEX.

Pros and Cons

IM /spaces- great for our team communication and with external org users too.
Meetings/ quick ad hoc video calls.

Searching for specific content is not very intuitive.
Is it going to be the only app for meetings? When?

Return on Investment

Makes easy sharing content with our external users, it's a value add.

Alternatives Considered

Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and now part of Microsoft Teams

I find our Webex App to have a much better UI easy to navigate. Modern look.

Support Rating

I would like to have a better way to search for specific content/words or titles other than that, I love using the Webex App. Love the option to customize it to my liking.
