Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
The Webex App is our main collaboration app. We use it for all kinds of communication and workloads, calling, messaging, meeting, co-creation. It also enables a flexible and hybrid workstyle, so that an employee can chose to work from anywhere. Since the Webex App also perfectly integrates in our on-premises calling environment, we can benefit from all on-premises features on top of the cloud features.

- Knowledge transfer.
- Enablement of hybrid work.
Webex App and Microsoft Teams have a similar functional set. While Microsoft Teams has a better (native) integration into Windows and MS Office, Webex App can leverage a complete communications platform from one vendor. In a Microsoft Teams environment, you would need a lot of third party products to get the same or similar feature set, but with disjointed user experience (due to different user interfaces).
