Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
It's mainly used in presales department and will be deployed at large with our cloud UC platform (Broadsoft). It will be used mainly for collaboration/videoconference purpose to elevate the hybrid work experience. The old UC ONE app was horrible for such experience.
- Videoconference.
- Collaboration.
- Sharing.
- Team collab/meeting/sharing.
- Following the stat (personal insights).
- Bots.
- The default interface: no more 2 panels by default (chats, contacts, call). Been able to control the second panel (appear/disappear) will be great ! Ex: when I finish to chat with someone, been able to close that panel so only my spaces stay visible will be awesome!
- Having more than one dictionary for spell check.
- Raise of productivity.
- A better collaboration around the company.
- A better assiduity.
- BroadSoft UC-One and Microsoft Office 2016 (discontinued)
Webex App is a corporate choice and will replace our UC One product.
