Alternatives Considered

Microsoft Teams and Google Hangouts Meet

Microsoft Teams are easier to use but the customer did not have E5 MS licenses so it was easier to migrate from Cisco Jabber to Webex App.

Support Rating

Plenty of online resources and videos for an admin to follow. But Cisco TAC has been very poor in my experience when I have to need help!

The calling plans are currently quite limited for certain countries and CTI control for 3rd party apps would be beneficial.
