A cloud application that is scalable for large global customers. Provides good detailed analytical data. The software version is maintained and updated automatically without the need for system administrators

- Legacy supported devices.
- CTI control of phones for 3rd party apps.
- Additional calling plans for more countries.
- Auto software updates.
- cloud storage for chat and chat history.
- internet access for the app.
Microsoft Teams are easier to use but the customer did not have E5 MS licenses so it was easier to migrate from Cisco Jabber to Webex App.
