Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
Being a partner with Cisco we utilize the Webex app not only for our own users but we work for our customers and directly with Cisco with the use of messaging, spaces, space meetings, and calling on Webex video calls. We are able to bring together all of these services in one place and can collaborate in meetings quickly and more efficiently.
- Can schedule meetings directly from the Webex app using the In App Scheduler
- Can join meetings directly from the Webex app
- From the Webex app you can connect directly in a Video endpoint to join in meeting
- I think that Spaces within the Webex app could be better managed.
- From the Webex app, there is no clear way to find Public Spaces to join
- In the Webex app under Meetings, there is no option to enter in a URL to set your preferred Webex site URL if the site URL is not listed.
- With a Webex app account, basic services like messaging, space meetings, and calling on Webex App are provided for free with every account.
The Webex app is comparable to MS Teams, and typically has the same services, features, and functionality.
