Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
Cisco Webex App is the go to application which my organization uses it to arranges any online or virtual meetings which involve internal team workers or some times may be some members which are outside the organization like various supplies, vendors and manufacturers. My organization also uses it organize various online trainings and webinars which involve around 200+ participants.
Pros
- The online meeting within the internal team using Webex App is always a good experience as it helps well in sharing screen, and any content for that matter.
- It helps in arranging online interviews and it is also very good experience using the web version of Webex App.
- It also helps in arranging online training sessions and webinars which generally involve huge number of participants generally over 200+ participants and Webex App handles it very well.
Cons
- First of all, the Webex App desktop application installation package is huge to download and it takes some time to get it installed in the system. So, if someone from outside of organization wants to attend a meeting using Webex App, and is not using Webex regularly, then the participant needs to install this heavy application if that participant is not aware that Webex App is having web version also.
- Webex App is not able to perform well and optimize the video and audio quality based on the available internet bandwidth. So, it becomes difficult to attend online meeting using Webex App particularly using low bandwidth internet.
- Webex App has really helped in implementing virtual work or working from home, thereby increasing the productivity by saving the traveling time to office. So, it's hard to express it in some measurable matrix, but for sure it has increased the productivity and also, the better document sharing and presentation tools, helps the meeting to be very crisp and super productive.

The initial phase of implementing the usage of Webex App was difficult as different team members were getting acquainted with the application and during the start of any meeting or presentation, the participant would take up some time in setting up the things, which would affect the productivity. But anyway, after some time, we all got trained in the application and there were no problems after that.
It really helped the organization and team members to work completely in virtual mode during the peak COVID spread. Once the team started to work in hybrid mode, it helped in organizing meeting from the conference or meeting rooms thereby integrating the offline meeting for people present in office and also the online meeting for the people who are working remotely.
The experience of all of my colleagues and mine are all the same and is that, Cisco Webex and it's associated applications are highly reliable thereby ensuring the data security and we as a team members were highly confident in sharing any of the confidential information to the respective colleague using Webex App.
Webex App can be easily integrated with Slack which is used for frequent chatting with our colleagues. Once we integrate Slack with Webex App, we can directly call any of our colleague from Slack but the meeting will be done using Webex App. This, in turn, helps in integrating two highly specialized application, one is for chatting and other one is for online meetings.
