chat integration in the app some apps does'nt allow copy paste commands

I think that there is room for improvement in Webex App with integration with Microsoft outlook

Cisco Webex Experience

at the moment we don't use webex other than getting cisco support but in the past i used it on the sparkboard and cisco Webex room kit it was a good experience when using cisco webex the integration withe ms teams was a little bit har is it was managed cenrally by the organizations admins
