Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

It is one of several calling platforms - in addition to Teams and Zoom - it depends on the use case which platform is deployed. Internal vs External or Panel Interview, prospect vs customer calls etc.
  • Clear (depending on internet)
  • Intuitive
  • Functional
  • Playing catch up with Zoom
  • Outdated interface
  • Not as widely deployed
  • It’s not a primary tool but it is functional
  • Has no negative impact
  • Fits well with allowing us to work across a variety of external platforms
Again while not a primary tool, when I have had to use it it hood it’s own against Teams and Zoom which are our two primary platforms due to wider adoption
Holds up well but ceded advantage years ago

If the other party also uses it it’s much more easier. As with all these internet based calling apps, those that are lightweight tend to function better.
