Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
It is one of several calling platforms - in addition to Teams and Zoom - it depends on the use case which platform is deployed. Internal vs External or Panel Interview, prospect vs customer calls etc.
- Clear (depending on internet)
- Intuitive
- Functional
- Playing catch up with Zoom
- Outdated interface
- Not as widely deployed
- It’s not a primary tool but it is functional
- Has no negative impact
- Fits well with allowing us to work across a variety of external platforms
Again while not a primary tool, when I have had to use it it hood it’s own against Teams and Zoom which are our two primary platforms due to wider adoption
