Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
We have multiple sites in different countries and we need to have a centralized managed environment to all of them, integrated with our Azure AD and with a centralized carrier in order to reduce hardware costs and licenses. Webex Calling is the perfect suite for all of these and gives us a lot of benefits.
- Easy to manage
- No need to have on-prem infrastructure
- Scalable
- Log with different account on the same app, maybe account of different tenants
- Calling panel has to be modernized
- Add button to do call things, instead to use the 3 dots
- One contract with one provider instead of multiple contracts
- No more hardware
- No servers to use mobile phones
I don't have any other products.
It is an all in one solution, you just purchase licenses and configure the cloud, and everything is ready to work, it's a zero touch provisioning like.
The document sharing is better than Microsoft, and the calling features are more well done.
