Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

We previously relied on third party local phones and other applications, due to which, we faced inefficiencies and inconsistencies in client communication. Webex Calling helped us seamlessly integrate with our existing Cisco environment. Webex Calling enabled us to have local numbers and call routing across regions, helping us to maintain a local presence while operating globally.

Webex Calling does a good job of providing secure space for the calls and collaborating without the need for too much effort on our end. Its Security features such as encryption and compliance have already been created, so we do not need to worry about tweak settings for each meeting. It is also easy to manage participants by admin console, assign roles and manage control access, which helps keep things adjusted-large or client-facing Calls. Also, it easily works with our existing tools, such as Outlook and Cisco devices, which seem integrated to the whole experience. Overall, it manages security and setup in the background so that we can focus on the task.
