Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

As a partner, we are transitioning our customers to Webex Calling from their traditional on-prem solutions. This eliminates the need for hardware refreshes and software updates.

Pros

  • Eliminate need for hardware refreshes and software updates.
  • Feature Parity with on-prem solutions.
  • Analytics included.
  • Many former UCCX customers can utilize reporting in Webex Calling for visibility that previously drove them to UCCX.

Cons

  • Management of ECBNs can be tedious.
  • Moving a phone between locations requires total reconfiguration.
  • Default for End Users is to automatically send Welcome Email which can inadvertently notify users before configuration is completed.
