Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is used by the whole organization. With Webex we are able to communicate in high quality and easy-to-use way. Webex enables us and your customers and partners to meet virtually while getting supported by the newest technology in audio (noise reduction), video (virtual background), content share (audio and video) as well as live streaming, breakout sessions, Q&A, polls and so much more.

Pros

  • high quality audio by removing background noises completely
  • great customizable, but easy to use user interface
  • many ways to join, by app, browser, smartphone, cellphone, video endpoints

Cons

  • better communication regarding data protection and data security
  • faster API development
  • it has a great ROI, users are more productive with it
Webex is not an island like other tools. Everyone is able to join easily and fast, it does not matter if they are on Windows or Linux, using a browser, or install the app. Even on a smartphone, you are able to join. And also PSTN dial-in is included, as well as SIP for standard video endpoints. Webex is also able to provide you calling and messaging, which comes in a suite.

Webex was always available since I am using it. Cisco takes care that the service is running 99,99% and informs about upgrades and issues very fast. Everything is redundant and high available, the support is fast and very professional. Even the covid19 stress test was passed very well in 2020.
Webex is easy to deploy and implement. Users are trained fast and get used to it very well because it's so easy to use. You can use Webex with a 10 people company as well as a global one with thousands of end users. You can also optimize the Webex Cloud solution by adding on-premises hardware.
Webex is well suited every time you want to talk to more than one person at a time. You can do your daily standup meetings, customer sales meetings, technical meetings, or training. You can also use it for large-scale company announcements or live events. You can also use it for personal recordings like creating a "how to" just for sharing what you are doing and recording it.
