Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Webex Meeting every single day. The entire organization uses it to meet with our customers without the need to move to the site every time. In these days of the pandemic, Webex was the key tool to get our work done remotely connected in the home office. In addition, we offer Webex to our customers, especially the education sector, who have been forced to find an alternative to teach their classes remotely. Webex Meetings and Webex Training is the solution to their problems.

Pros

  • Secure Meetings. It is very important to keep communications secure. Webex does it perfectly
  • Simple to use. Especially, for joining meetings, as you can enter with just one button.
  • For the administrators. Analysis and a detailed T-shoot for each meeting.

Cons

  • Breakout rooms are a feature that was not available in Webex Meetings, but now that it has been added, it makes it a complete tool
  • Cloud recordings take too long to process and be available for download. Our users have complained a lot about this.
  • Webex has saved us a lot of time and resources by not having to travel to the site every time there is a meeting. They are all meetings via Webex.
  • We keep in touch quickly and efficiently with our customers.
Zoom and Google Meet are really very good tools but, for me, Webex is the safest and most reliable of all.
The support Webex offers is unmatched by other vendors.

Webex App, Microsoft Office 2016 (discontinued), Cisco Meraki MX
It is usually always available. The truth is that we have not had problems with that, except in the first months of the pandemic when there were occasions when we could not connect since the service was not available all the time. Even on the status.webex.com page, we could see the service drops.
Webex is well suited to reach our customers without moving physically to them. Also, it is used to teach remotely by our educational sector customers. So far, I have not found a scenario in which Webex Meetings cannot adapt.
