Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We currently use Webex [Meetings] on a daily basis. I am partner Customer Success Manager and my duties include demoing the products, driving adoption so clients can get their ROI.

Company wide, we all love the Webex app, the app that encompasses : messaging, calling and meetings.
Webex has finally caught up to MSFT and Zoom since both platforms currently do not support attendees over 200. They are coming out with more feature releases on a monthly basis.

[Webex] Meetings are well suited for attendees under the headcount of 50, then Events would be considered. Great for 1:1, smaller informal meetings.

Our company is growing so we needed a product that would scale, the user friendly platform was great since our user base does not like cumbersome products. We already have Meraki solution so basically an all Cisco shop and cloud is the future.

Webex Meetings Support

Cisco TAC works off hours and there is also a TAC space bot that I check frequently for updates. A game changer especially if you work remotely since the app is installed on my devices.

no since basic support has been working fine for my organization, we are only 15.
Last week, they were able to resolve an issue where attendees who couldn't join the meeting unless the host was present. They suggested space team meetings as a workaround.

Webex Meetings Reliability

We currently have unlimited licenses within our organization so very easily accessible.
If Webex can start to learn how to play well with MSFT teams then it will help eliminate some clients from moving off the platforms.
Not only does Webex offer meetings, Cisco has tons of hardware that is great for the hybrid work environment, Webex calling and contact center.
