Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our organization has used and tested Webex Meetings to conduct virtual/online meetings and conference calls with internal colleagues and external clients/vendors. Webex provides a good platform to meet and collaborate online. The technology is pretty easy to use and we think it is a market-leading tool that competes with Zoom.

Webex Meetings certainly competes with Zoom as a leader in the online meeting/cloud software space. Some features and tools of Webex Meetings are superior to Zoom. Overall, Zoom's platform is a bit more user-friendly and makes it a bit easier for internal and external stakeholders to hop on an online meeting.

As a cloud technology, Webex Meetings is accessible on any device type and in any workplace setting as long as you have a solid Wi-Fi/internet connection. We haven't had any problems using Webex to conduct online meetings across our organization or with our clients.

Webex Meetings provides our organization with flexible and scalable software that we consistently deploy across multiple departments and sites like our sales, marketing, client services, operations, and finance departments. Our team can collaborate, whiteboard strategy, message, and present using the technology. Webex Meetings has helped our business scale while [delivering] more value and efficiency for our clients.

Performance

Webex Meetings performs as illustrated by their sales team. We haven't experienced any downtime, software bugs, or upgrade issues when using the product. Webex Meetings has been a reliable product and it has helped our company scale by allowing our employees to collaborate in an efficient and productive way. We will continue to use Webex.

Webex Meetings is well suited for small, medium, and enterprise companies for calling, online/virtual meetings, and messaging in the cloud. Webex Meetings is a flexible product that is available on any device and workplace setting. It is a secure platform as well. If your organization does not conduct a lot of online/virtual meetings with external stakeholders, this product may not be a good fit.
