Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is a robust strong easy to use product. I have a lot of rich features, like screen sharing, separate rooms, video recording and accessing mouse feature etc . I use it for business use, team meeting, interviews , and weekly meetings with customers and internal stakeholders. One issue I feel is the integration with outlook. Then plugins that need to install timely manner can cause meeting issues.

  • Integration with 3 rd party SW
  • Simplicity
  • Better backgroud picture
  • Well we dont need to be in office and even air travel we can save.
  • People feel more relax with online interactions.
  • Security is good .So we can share info without any issues.

Well, there are unplanned outages. But that can happen to any product. In a v imp meeting, there was a voice issue so we have to cancel meeting. Once some folks can't join Webex Meetings. But 95 % Webex Meeting's is available and v reliable.
Webex scalabilty is great I have seen integration with lots of software. Chat tool, outlook other application it is great. Moreover integration with 3 rd party is also v secure.
Performance is a smooth and seamless. Not only pages, the application moves easily. And most importantly this product is innovating. Even if initially its slow but then I recover.
I think Webex Meetings is 9 out of 10 in terms of over all performance. Easy to use, highly scalable I have seen more than 200 folks in a meeting without any issues. On mobile app need more work to make it light and better.Sometimes with video it acts slow and choppy video event with good internet.

As usuall support is great. CSE is available all the time. If its a sev 1/2 it follow the sun with solution and RCA
