Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use the software to hold meetings within our team as well as other teams members to discuss implementation of software, team meetings and catch-ups as well as staff training.
This has been really helpful since we have office locations world wide and very helpful during coved when people were working from home and only a skeleton staff was kept on site

Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Skype for Business, now part of Microsoft Teams

Reliability and Availability

We found that a lot of users that had a lack of technical aptitude had issues loging in as the meeting organiser which would hold up the meetings on occasion.
Sometimes even though a meeting was scheduled through the Outlook plugin Webex would not see it and we had to delete the meeting and remake it

Scalability

A company of our size that operates offices globally and Webex handled everything we through at
We decided to hold a global all-staff meeting and with everyone logged Webex smashed it and asked for more with out a hiccup.
Brought our network to its knees though with the all that video streamed to the users

Performance

Pages definately loaded quickly even when screen sharing other applications or even the entire desktop and with everyone getting involved using the whiteboard it didn't bother even showing us a stutter.
Well at least after we got the system up and running g properly

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited to training the staff of a remote satellite office in the use of the new IT hardware deployed to them as well as providing one on one training to those who needed individual sessions due to finding it hard to catch on.
Was also very valuable in staff meeting's during to the initial coved outbreak when we needed the intire IY staff to attend meetings while they were all working from home
