Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is the solution we use to have virtual team meetings. It is a brilliant platform and more than capable of handling the needs of our (or any) business, regardless of size. The Slido integration make meetings a lot more immersive and inclusive. Real-time translations are a must see feature to believe!

It's a different experience. In some aspects it might feel harder to get used to, but other than that it feels more complete than the others, especially for the enterprise.

Never had issues with Webex Meetings. Always available when I needed.
It is available as an app for all OSs we use. Easy to find, easy to install, easy to login. Scaling is as easy as purchasing more licenses.
No down time up until now. Analytics and reports are available as soons as the meeting ends. Very good!
Webex Meetings is a perfect match for the the enterprise needs, regardless of size. For the SMB, it might be a little hard to setup at the beginning and you might consider a learning curve until you mastered all the options and customizations you can do to fit all your needs.

We fully migrated to hybrid work, this is our norm now. Tools like Webex Suite combined with Meraki SD-WAN delivers optimal user experience while commiting the same work pace we had in our offices when we were all physically there. We have seamless collaboration in virtual meetings with Webex, with both physical and virtual personas.
Understading and mapping how our employees connect to the Internet from their houses (quality, speed and ISP), proper licensing planning, developing employee how-to guide in universal non-tech language, monitoring the onboarding process of the new tools.
Work activities maintained top-notch/professional level, overall carbon emission was substantially lowered, resources spent with travelling and office maintenance was directed to other actions directed to our workforce.
More quality time to everyone, people were kept safe in their own houses, freedom to choose where and when to work safely, securely with optimized user experience. Physical contact and presence has new meaning overall.
Cisco provided simplified experiences to everyone, everywhere. Noise cancelling and voice priorization is a must when working from home and Webex delivers that in a perfect way. Webex assistant and transcriptions makes meetings notes a lot more dynamic and easy to keep up.
